Sitting out through injuries, Isaac Muleme and Joseph Ochaya could have saved the KCCA FC’s hurting 2-1 Championship loss to the newly promoted and first time league comers Onduparaka FC.

The duo however has come back in training and has steadily improved. Both missed their hurting loss to Onduparaka last Friday in Arua but are now in contention to play against The Saints FC at Lugogo when the league resumes on September 20.

Muleme, an August recruit from Villa Park, was nursing a back injury sustained in the 1-0 win over Lweza at Wankulukuku three weeks ago while Ochaya had an ankle knock he got in the 2-0 win over Soana FC last week on Tuesday.

Information coming through is that Muleme this week Tuesday spent much of the training session with fitness coach Badru Kaddu on the sidelines while Ochaya trained with the first team. Ochaya is occasionally given resting breaks to recover fully.

The managers were happy to have both left sided players back in time as the club team aims to get back to winning ways.
