He is expected to return to court on July 20th 2023. Witnessing the court proceedings at Nakawa were the boxers, boxing Coaches and the media among others. The hugged Muhangi in turns as they showed solidarity for their President.
Muhangi is the second Sports Federation/Association administrator after Uganda Netball Federation President Sarah Babirye Kityo, to receive bail after spending chilling nights in Luzira Prison. Both Babirye and Muhangi have strongly stated that they are being witch-hunted by NCS’s GS Dr. Bernard Patrick Ogwel.
