In the journey of life, we are often blessed to meet a few rare individuals whose impact on our lives is profound and enduring. Fred Enanga, the outgoing Uganda police spokesman, is one such individual for me. Fred is more than a colleague or an acquaintance; he is a true friend whose presence has been a pillar of strength and comfort in the most trying moments.
Fred Enanga has served the Uganda Police Force with unparalleled dedication and integrity. As the spokesperson, he has been the voice of calm and reason in times of turmoil, always maintaining a human face amidst the chaos. His ability to communicate with empathy and clarity has not only earned him respect but has also built bridges even with those who may have held differing views. Fred’s approach to his role exemplifies true leadership—one that prioritizes understanding and respect over division.
In the hardest of times, when the weight of the world seemed unbearable, Fred stood by me unwaveringly. When others looked away, he remained steadfast, offering support and companionship. His loyalty and friendship have been a source of immense comfort, reminding me that true friends are those who stand by you when the going gets tough. His presence has been a beacon of hope, illuminating the darkest paths and making the journey more bearable.
Our friendship has not only been tested in times of hardship but has also flourished in moments of joy and celebration. Fred has shared in my triumphs and successes, rejoicing in the good times with the same fervor and sincerity with which he has supported me in challenging times. Our shared experiences, both the highs and the lows, have woven a tapestry of memories that I will cherish forever. His ability to celebrate others’ successes with genuine happiness speaks volumes about his character and the depth of our friendship.
Fred’s tenure as the Uganda police spokesman has been marked by a cool-headed and respectful approach to even the most contentious issues. He has handled disagreements with grace and respect, always ensuring that every voice is heard and valued. This quality has not only made him an exceptional spokesperson but also a role model for many. His calm demeanor and respectful discourse have been instrumental in fostering a culture of mutual respect and understanding within the police force and beyond.
As Fred Enanga steps down from his role as the Uganda police spokesman, to another asignment as Deputy Director for Interpol. it is with a heart full of gratitude and admiration that I reflect on the incredible journey we have shared. His contributions to the police force and to my life personally, and the Ndawula familyin general, are immeasurable. Fred is not only a dedicated public servant but also a true friend whose impact will resonate for years to come.

Hello good morning
Really writing was nice describing your friend &your journey as well. However much as he has been your friend in some situations he failed especially to defend officers in uniform who normally do mistakes in operatios, which is natural factor.
I wish him well in new assignment.
