Uganda Police Force spokesperson Rachael Kawala has confirmed the arrest of a tenth suspect believed to have participated in the deadly attack.According to police, the suspect has been identified as Kabugo Henry, a 21-year-old boda boda rider from Old Kira-Kisenyi. Investigators say Kabugo was identified after officers reviewed video footage from the incident.

Police revealed that the suspect was allegedly captured on camera wearing a blue reflector jacket while concealing part of his face with a black hood.He was arrested in Wandegeya during a joint operation involving police officers and boda boda leaders from Nakawa Division.

Authorities believe the arrest represents another important breakthrough in efforts to hold those responsible accountable.Police say investigations are still ongoing and more arrests could follow as detectives continue analysing video evidence and interviewing witnesses.
